Packaging & Logistics
Jute wrapping, steel strapping packaging. Delivery by container, truck and vessel. Project-based labeling and traceability.
Packaging and logistics is a critical process as the final link of the production chain, guaranteeing that products reach customers undamaged and on time. Each product is subjected to special packaging procedures according to steel grade, dimensions, delivery method, and customer instructions.
In the standard packaging process, steel bars are tightly bound with steel straps in bundle form. Strap width (19–32 mm) and quantity are determined according to bundle weight. Products are wrapped with jute or polyethylene film for corrosion protection. For products with sensitive surfaces (bright steel, ground bars), VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) paper or film is used for long-term corrosion protection.
Labels containing heat number, steel grade, dimension information, and barcode are applied to each bundle and piece. Permanent marking is applied to the end faces of bars with a laser marking system. This ensures full traceability — every stage from production to shipment is digitally tracked.
Logistics planning is optimized according to order volume and destination. Domestic deliveries are made within 3–5 days with 25–28 ton highway vehicles. For export shipments, 20' or 40' container, Open Top, or Flat Rack container options are offered. Regular shipments are made to Europe, Middle East, and North Africa by sea. All shipments are documented with photo-documented loading reports.
