CEMENT & MINING
We supply forged steel grinding balls, wear plates, and high-strength cast parts for applications in cement plants, mines, and aggregate facilities that require long-lasting performance under intense wear conditions.
Sector Overview
The cement and mining sectors are industries with the most severe wear conditions for steel materials. Parts used in mills, crushers, screens, and conveyor systems must operate under extreme impact, abrasive wear, and high pressure. At Aktif Celik, we offer high-performance solutions to meet the critical wear part needs of these sectors.
Forged steel balls (60Mn, B2, B3 grades) provide long-lasting grinding performance in cement raw and clinker mills with high hardness (58-65 HRC) and impact toughness. For mining crushers, Mn13 (Hadfield) steel jaws, Cr26 white cast iron impact plates, and NM400/NM500 wear plates are supplied.
Our product portfolio includes forged balls in various diameters (20-150 mm), wear cast parts in different hardness classes, and liner elements in custom geometries. All products are delivered with metallurgical analysis reports and hardness test certificates.
We provide full service to cement plants and mining operations including regular delivery schedules, technical support, and product life optimization.
